How do I enable the Hotlinking Protection for my website in CPanel?

Hotlinking protection option in CPanel protects your website from linking to files and images on your website

a)      Login to CPanel of your website

b)      Search for Hotlink Protection under Security Menu and click on it

c)       Now in “URLs to allow access” box  make sure the domain name is there for which you want to enable Hotlinking protection

d)      In the box which says “Block direct access for these extensions”, provide the extensions for which you would like to block.

e)      Now Skip the “Redirect request to this URL” box and click Submit button.
